- Search filters & preferences — stored in your browser only
- Property views and contact clicks for listing analytics
- IP address for spam prevention on reports
- Location only when you tap "Check Nearby" — never stored
What We Do NOT Collect
- No registration required to browse listings
- No name, email, or phone stored (unless you are a registered agent)
- We never sell, rent, or share your data with anyone
- No advertising cookies or cross-site tracking
Reports & Moderation
When you submit a report your IP and message are stored for admin review only. The reported party is never told who reported them or what was written.
Data Retention
- Analytics data kept up to 90 days
- Reports kept until admin reviews and clears them
- Agent profiles kept until deletion is requested
Third-Party Services
- Google Maps — powers our map, subject to Google's Privacy Policy
- WhatsApp / Phone — opens your device's own app, we don't intercept anything
- Google Fonts & Font Awesome — may log your IP per their policies

Use of the Platform
- ZeeAE is for browsing and contacting real estate listings in the UAE
- No bots, scrapers, or automated tools allowed
- No false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- You must be 18+ to contact agents or submit reports
Listings & Accuracy
ZeeAE does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing — including price, availability, or condition. Always verify directly with the agent before any payment.
Report System
Reports must be truthful. False or malicious reports may result in your IP being blocked. ZeeAE may remove listings or agents based on verified reports at our discretion.
Agent Responsibilities
- Post only accurate, current, and legitimate listings
- Respond promptly to inquiries
- Don't post the same property multiple times
- Remove listings when no longer available

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We may update them at any time — continued use means you accept the latest version.
